High-capacity, commercial-grade wine cellars for restaurants, hotels, venues and retail — built by a registered Master Builder to take daily service and anchor the space. Designed in Mornington, installed Australia wide.
A commercial cellar earns its keep. It has to store more, take heavier use, and — in a restaurant or retail space — sell wine and make an impression while it’s at it. We build cellars for the venues where that matters: where the cellar is both infrastructure and a feature on the floor.
Every system is designed in our Mornington studio and built in our own workshop — no subcontracting the build, no handing off to an installer. With blackened ash, the finish is the craft: the timber is worked and oiled by hand so the black stays even across the grain, even under cellar lighting.
A commercial cellar is held to a higher standard in every direction. This is where being a registered builder, not a cabinetmaker, decides the outcome.
High-density racking that holds serious volume while keeping stock fast and safe to reach during service.
Built for daily, heavy use by staff — not the occasional touch of a private owner. A different build standard, detailed to last under load.
In hospitality and retail the cellar is a sales tool. Glass-fronted, backlit and concave display systems put the collection to work and lift the room.
Larger volumes, higher heat loads and constant door traffic mean cooling specified for commercial duty, not a domestic unit asked to do too much.
Commercial fitouts answer to building codes, certifiers and program. As a registered builder we document, coordinate and build to suit — within the fitout, not bolted on after.
Fitouts run to opening dates. We work to the construction program like the builder we are, because in commercial the deadline isn’t negotiable.
Any of our eight systems can be specified commercially, but a few earn their place most often:
