Every Cellar Creations cellar is built from one or more of our eight racking systems — from traditional stained cedar to backlit shoji and sculptural curved concave. Each is designed in-house and master-built by the same registered team that builds the room around it. Most of our cellars use more than one system — blackened ash for the walls, shoji for a feature, a concave sweep for the showpiece. We design the combination around the room.
